Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser - 30th Nov 2008

Our first ever fundraiser BBQ at Bunnings Coffs Harbour was held on November 30th 2008 under sunny skies. That made for a roaring trade which amounted to in excess of $700 profit - that's a lot of sausages!

How many? In just one day we went through 38kgs of sausages, 9kgs of chopped onion, 23 loaves of bread, over 150 cans of softdrink and 3L of tomato sauce!! Wow! 

Thanks so much to all our volunteers who donated their time on the day, in particular Sharon & Helen who represented Prime Television and Roberto from the Laminex Group. It was great beach weather so to donate their time and expertise on such a day was an outstanding contribution! Thanks also to Maree & Michelle A who took time out of their hectic week in the lead up to do the phenomenal grocery shop required for such an event.
