Thanks so much to all the oh-so-brainy contestants who attended our first ever Trivia Night on Saturday June 27th. The new Cavanbah Centre was packed with 140 people who were very capably guided through an evening of laughs and quizical frowns by our Trivia Master, Dave James.

Thanks to VOLUPTUOUS FOR WOMEN, JACQUI'S SHOE BOUTIQUE and COFFS EX SERVICES CLUB, the Fashion Spectacular held on June 26th was a sensational success with some gorgeous models strutting their stuff on the catwalk - our very own glamourous Michelle Turnbull included! The fashions were simply stunning, with colour and shine making repeated appearances on the catwalk and those shoes - wow! From fabulous flats to an awesome pair of purple suede stilletos, the styles on offer did not disappoint.

Join us for our July Support Meeting. Please note that as this meeting falls during school holidays the venue will be BOAMBEE HALL (located behind the Mobil Service Station just off the Highway - take Sawtell Road Exit) which features a fenced playground for the kids. Please bring along a plate to share for morning tea if you are able.

The Sawtell Rotary Club held their 2009 Pride of Workmanship Awards presentation at the Sawtell RSL Club on May 25th and we are very proud to announce that the Coffs Coast Autism Committee were recognised for their efforts with an award, certificate and, most surprisingly a cheque for $700! Our very sincere thanks to the members of Sawtell Rotary Club for their recognition of our hardworking committee and for providing us with a great night out.

This year's Autism Awareness Walkathon - one of the most picturesque in the country - was held on Sunday May 17th. Our sincere thanks go to our ongoing sponsors NAB whose staff very capably manned our rego table and cooked up a storm for our free BBQ lunch following the walk. We also wish to thank Coffs Harbour City Council, the Coffs Harbour Yacht Club & National Parks & Wildlife Service for their co-operation in providing the permission required to organise a walk taking in such a beautiful part of the country.

The Date is now set for this year's major fundraiser, our annual Masquerade Ball. Mark September 26th in your diary for a fantastic night of food & festivities.
